Sean, thank you for starting this. We needed a newer up to date forum to discuss our Shastas. Excited. Hope all Vintage Shasta owners find it.

I'm glad I'm making people happy, already.
If anyone knows how to change the format of the forum, or how to make it "cooler", please let me know.. I'll be tinkering with the editor until then..

Sean, I think the format is great, and you've outdone yourself with all the threads you've set up on the homepage on all the many different subjects. You have covered all of the bases. Then too, you can add more later, but a really good start buddy. I think where we are now is really a marketing issue, getting the number of members up. I'm sure there are some of the old forum members that are bummed out because the old site crashed and burned, but there isn't anything that can be done about that, it is what it is. Then there are the ones that are bummed about having to re-enter all their stuff again, because it was in the old forum, but again, it is what it is. I was thinking about creating some type of form message to be sent to all the members of the old forum inviting them to your new forum here. There are 128 pages of members over there that would have to be contacted, I think we have two pages here. Sure seems like a huge job, particularly if they were sent individually. Wonder if ProBoards has a way to send a broadcast e-mail to all 128 pages at once? Probably need to think about some kind of newsletter to get folks coming to the website too to see what's going on. Well, let me run, just wanted to put a shout out. With best regards, Doug
